"all right, I confess. There used to be penalties in the temple. We would slit our throats and slash our bowels open with imaginary razors while swearing to God we would never reveal secrets that Joseph Smith ripped from the Masons. But that's in the past. We don't do that anymore. The old temple endowment disturbed too many new members and many complained and never returned to the temple after making their first or original covenants so the brethren decided to get rid of the penalties for the sake of new members who refused to participate in blood oaths."

What was the purpose of that last post?

I'm glad you asked that. I'll be happy to explain my actions.

First, it's a message with an extreme caption given for the sole intent to express how I think and feel when I view certain countenances and expressions given from this so-called apostle of Mormonism. His demeanor exhibits judgment upon others and that the saints are not living up to their covenants and fail in their daily walk to live the so-called gospel as outlined by the doctrines and requirements of Mormonism.

Bottom line: Holland just looks mean. His eyes look mean. His expression and the way his skin and wrinkles appear give me the impression he's a nasty sort of man that I wouldn't want to run across. The expressions and creases in his face are not inviting but exhibit a harshness and feeling of condemnation. In my view, unconditional love and kindness is not something this man portrays as he rants about his gospel. So, with that said, I wanted to slam him and demonstrate how I think and feel when I hear and see this man. You know Shades, this man has condemned you and me to an eternal hell of suffering as explained in D&C 19 and our sufferings are going to be horrible because we are apostates and have broken our covenants. That's what this man thinks of YOU, Shades. You're evil. You're wicked. You're going to hell.

Yes. Out of curiosity, how many similar posts will you make in order to re-convey your point yet again, since none of us got it the first, second, or third times?

Dr. Shades, you should not question a revelator at work. :ugeek:

I don't know the answer to that question because everything is conjecture seeing the subject matter isn't static but is fluid and open to reinterpretation leading to a continual analysis of how Mormon prophets represent themselves to the world.

Perhaps you have an answer? How many more posts do you think I should submit to make my point(s)?

Revelator, or repeater?

Aren't your reinterpretations always the same interpretations?

Let me answer your question with a hypothetical question: Is there a point at which ad nauseam repetition becomes "spam?" If so, where is it?

Allow me to interject and state for the record that Mormonism is entirely based on: Repeat, repeat, repeat. Over and over, again -- whether it be at the pulpit or in the temple it's the case of constant repeating. So why should it bother you, Shades, if I'm doing the Mormon thing? Could it be that you just don't like my style and are stuck having to moderate the forum being forced to peruse my posts? There really isn't a lot of activity down here in the telestial forum so perhaps you should be glad someone (like me) is actually down here doing something.

No, there is variety and expression on many levels. Surely you can see that.

I suppose if I cut and pasted a particular post numerous times that could be construed as "spam" and you would have every right as the moderator to sweep it into the spam box. Duplication is certainly spam. On the other hand it can be argued that my posts are not duplicates or exact repetition of previous posts. That would be too boring. I like to do different things and express things in different ways.

I get that you express things in different ways from other people, but my point is that every expression beyond the first is simply the same expression over and over, ad nauseam.

So, am I to understand Shulem, that you don't have a high opinion of Jeff Holland? Please stop mincing your words and beating around the bush, and just tell us how you really feel. Thanks.

You're more than welcome to demonstrate an alternative way in expressing your views of elder Holland and in so doing this thread can be enriched with a wider viewpoint. Otherwise, I'm sorry to disappoint you in saying that my viewpoint is limited in scope and you're welcome to go find another thread to discuss elder Holland to your liking. I promise not to crash your thread.

Folks, I recommend listening to Radio Free Mormon Podcasts about how elder DoDo Holland told whoppers and demonstrates how the so-called inspiration of Holy Ghost is nothing but a joke. Elder Holland is a liar for Mormon god and the Holy Ghost is dumb and stupid.

I so testify, see for yourself:

Radio Free Mormon: 011: Wrong Roads

The rage and hatred expressed by an apostle of Mormonism.

You can sense a Satanic spirit dripping off him -- he's evil.
