What a coincidence! I enjoy hysterical drama queens who can't grasp basic English grammar!

Can't grasp it? You're is a contraction of You and Are. Hence, "You are a pussy" could be contracted to "You're a pussy". Your is a possessive. As in "Your mother".

Oh, so you did pay attention in junior high. And clearly never got beyond it psychologically.

Amazing how clever you imagine yourself to be. Too bad reality doesn't mix well with your fantasies. :)

I like groovy, radical, and out of sight. Retro isn't always bad. Except the 70's clothing. That can be passed.

Oooooohhhhh, BUUURRRRNNN.

You have a good night there. I am sure you can go to bed feeling all awesome and superior with your witty comebacks. Glad I could help you stroke your ego.

He is a socialist IMHO. Though the bailout of GM IMHO makes a grey line as government has NO business saving private corporations or being involved in business at all.
If he was a socialist then why didn't he nationalize the auto industry? Instead he used the government in a pretty capitalist manner...he [he=the United States government including Congress] lent money that will be paid back with interest that not to mention was very successful at not only saving GM and Chrysler but also the secondary jobs that support the auto industry.

Quote:
Nor forcing people into an insurance policy under threat of tax penalties.
The mandate was put in in an ill fated attempt to gain bipartisan support from Republicans. It'll probably be shot down by the Supreme Court anyway.

What do you think about the rest of Obamacare (the parts that people don't talk about yet get 70%+ support when polled separately from the mandate)?

Quote:
He has blatantly attacked capitalism, especially free-market capitalism, and he seems to ignore the 10th Amendment, making him an overly strong federalist, almost ignoring state rights.
How has he blatantly attacked capitalism? Private sector jobs have increased under Obama while public sector jobs have shrank. Remember the Jobs Plan he put forward at the State of the 2011 Union? Money for infrastructure so that private companies could build bridges? How would that have hurt capitalism? Is the DOW Industrial average not higher than it was when Obama entered office? Are the top companies of America not currently sitting on hundreds of billions of dollars in *CASH*?

Also just about every President since Teddy Roosevelt have ignored the 10th Amendment so you can't really act like Obama has overstepped the powers accumulated to the Presidency over the years.

Quote:
I think Free-market capitalism can work if Socialists like Obama would back down and allow it to work.

The free market is an illusion with all those things we do to undermine the quest for profit, like minimum wages, breaks for workers, safety codes, certifications for professions and whatnot. Either way the economy has basically been on auto pilot since the Republicans have come to office and not put forward any plan for jobs except tax cuts for the rich while cutting benefits for the poor.

To be fair, my delusional fantasy is just that I'm witty.

Your delusional fantasy is that a demigod from Kolob wants you to give 10% of your income to a corporation that is primarily concerned with high-end retail and how many earrings girls can wear.

I will allow our board readers to decide which fantasy is more harmful.

Welp. It looks like Mr. Jskains is representing the Mormon faith as well as ever.

Interesting tactic. Last time I checked, I was just representing myself. But I'll use this in the future. Ex-Mormon representation here is always colorful.

Your an ugly little person. Funny though, considering the groves of people who hate you and your tactics.

You are one of the reasons this place is considered "the trailer park". Your behavior is ugly.

You are so f*****g stupid, jskains. Look at Dr. Scratch's statement more carefully. It went right over your goddamn head.

PS. Surely, someone on this board likes you. So, take that to heart.

Look, Josh: I hate to put things so bluntly, but there it is. You were barred from FAIR when you tried to volunteer, and then you were booted off the MDD board. We are the only ones who will take you, but even we have our limits. You should be thanking us.

Your generosity and tolerance is practically boundless. I admire that.

I for one appreciate josh sharing his impressions about FAIR not being interested in people who ask questions. That is an intriguing perspective coming from a well-liked insider in the group.

And that's the way it is in the church too. Go to the bishop's office and start asking questions about church history or why there is no king's name in Facsimile No. 3 and you will be perceived as one who is losing faith or caving in to Satan's influence.

Let's face it, Mormons are not allowed to think outside the bounds which the church has set. Stick to the manuals. Pat the little garment marking on your breast for reminding. Don't ask questions. Just pray, pay, and obey.

I'm sorry to have to disillusion you this way, but he actually is quite clever. And sadly, in this conversation the cleverness gap is very stark.
