Behold the most bizarre music video ever made. . . and, quite possibly, also the catchiest:

Shades,

Please explain to me what in the hell is going on at the 1:30 mark in the video.

Why, she's shooting curvy waves and patterns out of her butt, of course.

See? There's a logical explanation for everything.

Perhaps you would also enjoy some anime brought to life with holographics:

Just Be Friends - Vocaloid (Megurine Luka)

And on a different track:

Tiger ft. Aku - Maximum Balloon

Great cover of an old favorite:

Dreams - The Corrs

The original is just as haunting and beautiful:

Dreams - Fleetwood Mac

For quite a long time I've been lamenting the fact that ever since the early 90s, there isn't anybody out there who knows how to ROCK anymore. Even my own beloved Def Leppard has slowed way down.

Then one day, MrStakhanovite posted a link to one of these songs in one of his chat invites. HOLY COW, there IS someone out there who can still ROCK! Thank goodness!

Anyway, this guy's name is Andrew W. K. and here are my favorite songs of his so far. Crank your speakers up loud, and ENJOY!

My whole family has been humming this song for the last few days. Some of us involuntarily.

Love is Easy

Opened up for these guys once at The Beauty Bar in Vegas. Really groovy dudes. When we were hanging out after the show at a nearby watering hole -- whenever someone would start talking to them and ask if they were in a band -- they would say they were Coldplay. :ugeek:

My current favorite music video:

And a cool little mash-up I found this morning (LCD Soundsystem + Miles Davis):
