LONDON – A respected international panel of scientists says cellphones are possible cancer-causing agents, putting them in the same category as the pesticide DDT, gasoline engine exhaust and coffee.

Of course these are just worldly scientists so we should wait and hear what the prophet says before throwing away our cell phones.

This is junk science, and has been long discredited.

Don't look for Big Macs, potato chips, french fries, electrical transmission lines, red meat, chocolate pudding, or CO2 to join the WoW either.

Why not? Is it because adding these things would cause the WoW to drown in a cesspool?

He'll probably say having one cell phone is O.K., but not two.

Depends on how soon Packer realizes where he can stick a cell phone.

Hmm...if the WOW was indeed revelation for today what should it include?

Currently the do's and don't's are:
Don't drink wine or strong drink except when taking the sacrament (I know <rolls eyes> but that is what it says)
Don't use tobacco
Don't drink hot drinks
Do use wholesome herbs
Do eat meat but only in times of winter, cold or famine
Do eat all types of grain (clarified later as 'wheat for the man')
Do eat fruit
Do drink mild barley and other grain type drinks

Now, how many Mormon's do you know that completely live this scriptural version of the Word of Wisdom? How many of you Mormon posters really don't eat meat except in cold, winter or famine? (bet you still say 'yes' when the question is asked in your Temple Recommend interview...)

What's missing?
Don't do heroin?
Avoid strong crack cocaine?
Do use mild sedatives?
Do have an aspirin a day?
The odd drag of pot is okay?
Avoid too much processed food?
Don't have fizzy drinks?
Do drink a litre and a half a day of water?

I have to agree with droopy, just like smoking causes cancer, using a tanning bed is unhealthy, and automobile emmissions are bad ALL scientists have discredited these claims. BTW, I am typing this from my tanning bed, smoking, and getting ready to hop in my hummer.
