The lack of the other party's signature becomes almost negligible at that point with regards to her obligation and its enforcement.
Who gives a flying crap about her NDA?
The fact is the President paid her for sex and then lied about it. He's been linked to
six different pornstars, including Karen McDougal who
was paid $150,000 and after a long court battle the judge
decided she has the right to tell her story.
Like a typical amoral Trumper you're not upset about the fact that your orange boy can't keep his dick in his pants while his wife is breastfeeding, nor can he stand to tell the truth to the American people for all of 2 seconds without contradicting himself. You're only upset that these women would dare to renege on their non-disclosure agreements which are only made for the purpose of hiding something. That you are actually stupid enough to believe Trump's 17th version of what happened is telling. Now we're supposed to believe Giuliani was confused when he said Cohen paid for the sake of the campaign and Trump repaid him. Giuliani gave explicit details about a repayment schedule including amounts and intervals, which isn't indicative of someone who is just confused.
Trump and Cohen decided the fallout from lying about "not knowing" was too much, probably because Neil Cavuto
trashed him for it; so they decided to backpeddal as fast as they could and throw Rudy under the bus. And like a good loyal puppet, Rudy falls in line and claims he takes the blame.
