Explain how equal protection under the law requires the criminal justice system to issue warrants for, arrest, and charge people on the say mere say so of accusers. Then explain how that applies to a situation where there is direct recorded evidence contradicting that say-so. For example, if I were to use my mod abilities to dox you and report to your local police that you assaulted me, what do you think would be the appropriate response for your local police department and court system?

Thanks.

See, this is where your cursory knowledge of your claims comes to light.
1. Just about all warrants are issued simply by afidavit, and most cops can phone them into judges. So yeah, by mere "say so".
2. The warrant was due to Harris allegedly throwing the first punch. And while throwing first punch doesn't justify a beat down, that same beat down doesn't absolve you of your crime. The warrant clearly states that a detective investigated the allegation and found cause to support a warrant.

So, yeah equal protection bro, white guys get it to.

Speaking of cursory knowledge, you seem to be unaware that police and magistrates have discretion to determine if an affidavit constitutes probable cause. That's why people can't exploit the criminal justice system by filing unverifiable complaints left and right. And the mere say so of a white supremacist who can be observed on tape participating in fabricating the claim they made is exceptionally good reason to not pursue the case further. And the police didn't need to send 5 squad cars in the middle of the night to book a police reform candidate on dubious charges right before he was up for election. Likewise, Nazis caught on tape participating in a gang beating of a black man typically aren't good witnesses about how the black man started it. The word of a white supremacist might be golden for you, but we can expect police and judges to behave more critically.
