--From the Associated Press:

“SALT LAKE CITY — A woman who was married to her cousin at age 14 in a ceremony overseen by polygamous sect leader Warren Jeffs has won a $16 million lawsuit against the group.

"Elissa Wall's lawyer said Wednesday that the decision lets attorneys investigate the secretive group's bank accounts and property held in states all over the U.S.

"’This is hopefully to continue the attack on illegal and criminal conduct so they'll comport their doctrines to what's permissible under the U.S. Constitution,’ said Wall's attorney Alan Mortensen.

Polygamy doesn't have anything to do with US Constitution. We could make it legal on Monday, and it wouldn't effect the US Constitution one way or the other. I still don't like polygamy, for myself.

$16 million in money bamboozled from FLDS tithepayers? Where's the justice in that?

This liberal would be about socializing … uh, umm. … Would be about, basically, taking over, and the government running all of your companies.

Sorry - who, according to you, did the 'bamboozling'?

Do you mean the FLDS prophets who squeezed the money out of their followers, or the child bride victim who sued the FLDS church?

FLDS prophets.

Are you Mormon or exmormon Chap? It amazes me that we don't even agree on this.

It's not that we disagree. It's just that many of your thought processes are so surprising to me that I was not sure which of the two possible interpretations of your comment was correct.
