So far it looks like there are too many RINOs and NeverTrumpers to make much progress. The primaries will be very critical to bringing real change.

Where are all of these “RINOs” within the Congress?? Recently, ALL 52 of the GOP Senators voted to triggered the so-called "nuclear option" that allowed these GOP Senators to vote to confirm Conservative-leaning Justice Neil Gorsuch to the the Supreme Court.
Senators voted 52-48 along party lines to change the Senate’s precedent, lowering the threshold for advancing Neil Gorsuch from 60 votes to a simple majority.
They then immediately voted 55-45 to advance the nominee to a final confirmation vote, which is expected to happen Friday afternoon after thirty hours of more debate.

As far as healthcare goes, a majority of Americans rose up against GOP Speaker Ryan's healthcare legislation.
More Americans are now wanting to go towards a single-payer healthcare system.
