Gotta be honest - was finding it hard to get into either of those two.
But those guys you linked into the chat-room last night? 'Lost on Acid' was it? ...can't quite remember what they were called - but they were great :)

Lydia Lunch I really liked in my early 20's. She has a lot of spoken word that I really got into when I was younger. Crass is an acquired taste I think? When I first heard it I thought it just sounded like a lot of noise.

It's Lords of Acid. *crablouse*

I've been hearing that song on the radio and was intending to post it but kept forgetting. Great song!

And Kim, I finally thought of a song to dedicate to you:

You're probably thinking of "Lords of Acid." I have three of their albums; yes, they're great.

Woah Monk! Two big fat thumbs up to everything you posted in your second from last...!
I don't know the Ramones as well as I'm sure I should, but I do know that one - classic.
Ahh man - Angelic Upstarts! Brilliant. Proper music - for proper men!
And Dressy Bessy too. Fantastic. Really good.

It kinda reminded me of these guys - bit of a blast from the (not so distant) past. You may like em.
Elastica!

I JUST finished your last list (not the one you just posted)! Loved everything!

I'm listening to Elastica now. I have heard this... but don't know where? LOVE IT!
My children are gonna have to cope with dancing mama for the rest of the day. :p

Oh, man. I love Beck. I was in a sort of crappy mood and came on here and there is NO way to feel pouty and listen to him!

Okay, I'm finished. I love the Smiths too. You should be very proud! ;P A boyfriend of mine left one of their tapes in my car when I was 16 and I've loved em ever since.

I hadn't heard the new Morrissey, thanks for posting it!
