Neverland

This two-part mini-series is a great take on how Neverland came to be what it is now and how it came to be populated by the various characters one sees by the time of Wendy. Most of the explaining is done in the first part which is really good and while the second part suffers in my opinion, you have to watch it to see what happens since you've already invested the time.

It is much after the pattern of Tin Man though Neverland gets a 6 out of 10 whereas Tin Man is (iirc) 7 out of 10.

About 160 minutes long in total (Tin Man is much longer), take a long afternoon/evening or two and rent it. Good for the kids too.
