Nightlion you are becoming more of a bag of hot air.

Please detail the steps that a person must go through to experience this Baptism of Fire.

If I pulled up in east Sandy, under the jack off rock, into your drive through of redemption(ah) and ordered a BoF, please detail the steps.

Mormons have specific steps.

List yours.

Just as we all thought.

You are nothing more than a bag of hot air.

Well, I feel inspired to repeat what I posted on one of your other NL related threads:

Quote:
We need to recall that the only reason that it is possible to see Nightlion as a harmless eccentric who plays guitar, sees pictures in mountains, and rants a bit is that he has no disciples whatsoever.

Just imagine what we would be saying if there really was a small group of people whose lives he was directing as their prophet, thirty-day fasts and all. I don't think we would find him in the slightest bit funny. That kind of thing never, ever ends well.

I think you should give him more than 34 minutes to respond.

In for directions to Jack Off Rock...

er, sorry, I mean, in to discuss the fruits of baptism.

If you happen to give coordinates to Jack Off Rock too then that is okay. I don't need them at all, but you probably should give coordinates just in case.

OK, how about nearly 24 hours?

Nightlion is full of ____.

This so called self proclaimed prophet does not have ____ to tell the people and not even a little to warn the masses.

Tell us about your god damned Jerk off man on the mountain church or stop spewing your half assed prophet ____.

Newsflash! YOU SUCK AT BEING A PROPHET!

I declare you as the prophet of nONE, just like your stupid church.

Sorry, Poli, I have a habit of only looking on the right side of the board and missed you kink invitation.

If you had read a couple of my resent posts you should not have to ask for steps. Okay but this is only for Mormons:

1. Stop partaking of the sacrament. Totally, never again until after you receive the gospel of Jesus Christ from the promise of the Father....see Acts chapter one.
2. Never return to the temple in your filthy state. Like with number one doing so brings you under serious condemnation of the Father and amounts to the same weight of damnation to your soul.
If you never stop offending God he is not about to visit you with salvation and a ticket to his kingdom.
3.This filtering out process might take as long a couple of years so be patient. Unless you got Lamanite faith in which case its already coming to you.
4. Like Jesus coached the Jews in Acts One you got to continue with one accord in seeking the promise of the Father. All your thoughts must eventually revolve around the repentance process where you discover the depths of humility. That means taking no thought of entitlement....zero, zip, nada. You commit that you are less than the dust of the earth and in no wise worthy of what you seek. This broken heart and contrite spirit is required. See 3Nephi 11.
5. Pray for real and not rote memorized BS. Perfect your earnest desires in ceaseless prayer in your heart for at least a months time when you feel drawn to it.
6. You will most likely (if you lack Lamanite faith) need to get away from everyone and everything busy in your life.
7. Draw out your soul in charity and forgiveness and unrequited kindness to strangers regardless of merit. Practice this daily and seek out being among strangers to perfect this. Being around familiar friends and family will hinder this unique aspect of charity germination.
8. Desire by need to have a new creation that will give you the life and light to walk daily with the Lord. Show a determined willingness to take upon you the name of Christ with full purpose of heart and at all hazard. Keep this intent uppermost in your mind.
9. Keep at it. Sink into deeper humility and earnestness. Done when visited of the power of Almighty God and are truly wrought upon and cleansed and given a new mind and power of intellect and talents and abilities and gifts of the Spirit to evermore walk in a newness of life to magnify what is in you to those who are without it.

The pain of carrying it against the weight of the world's fury is the balance of it all. But keeping it uppermost in all your thoughts all the days of your life will cause you to thrive and soar like on eagle's wings and ride the high places of the earth in an new soul.

AMEN

I have said all this many times.

Porter,

Stop using the few LDS you can figure out are here as your personal punching bags and sober up before you post. Just my advice based on what I see and because Shades told me not to tell people to shut up. So I'm doing what I was told.

where does the IRL "sober up" part come from? I know there is a beer in Utah called Polygamy Porter because the Snowbird resort grocery store stocked it like the second coming was upon us, but I don't get the IRL reference?

From Porter's own public words about his posting habits on the board.

I am full of the spirt(s) before I post.

I prayed to god and (s)he said to fill my vessel with the spirit(s) before I post.

Can you honestly denounce my personal revelation???

Sinners.

Whatever floats your boat. Revelate away! I was a little uncomfortable with the repeated references to technically unsubstantiable IRL behavior, but if you're ok with it, then it's all good.

Holy cats, did you think I didn't know who I was talking to, Lemmie? Porter and I have been friends for well over 10 years. Doesn't look like it, right? He's referred numerous times to his posting under the influence. If he hadn't stated so publicly, I wouldn't have either. He's a good guy and he's posting ____ right now. It's pretty easy to tell. Believe me, he's not at all surprised that I said something about it.
