Lame.

So a lame poster decides to threaten to insult my family, especially my kid. Supposed violation of two rules, and IMHO big ones. Liz acts like she cares, makes a big deal to see the proof it was real then declares the poster to be banned, but when when scary Scratch throws his own tantrum, she runs off with her tail between her legs, backs out of her "ruling" everything, and I get banned for a month for posting a PM.

So the moral of what goes on here?

1. Posting a PM because someone made a dangerous threat, a MONTH banning.
2. Threatening to attack someone's son to silence them. A little slap on the wrist.

Pathetic. Shades, you can lie through your teeth about how "balanced" and "fair" you are, but in the end, this place does favor the anti-LDS crowd. So you are not running show much better than MDD, just favoring your own crowd.

Just saying.

Quit your whining. You're such a cry baby. Were you the youngest child in your family? It wouldn't surprise me.

Usually when someone knows someone else is right, the best tactic is to change the subject into something silly. I don't think this board could take a subject seriously if they had to.

Go to Zeezrom's gay thread (Shades of gray) and declare how much (%) gay is in you. I'd love to know.

While I wholeheartedly disagree with what happened to you, characterizing it as a "dangerous threat" is dishonest and crybabyish. The threat was to manipulate your photos in order to mock you/your family. Not cool, but hardly a "dangerous threat."

I hope you can calm down and engage in some adult conversation instead of the constant drama queenery you've been known for.

Funny coming from you. Since you often try to characterize my behavior as a mental health concern. If I were to pull the stunt and steal someone's photo of a kid and threaten to mock it and distribute it, you'd be all over it like flies on crap. You'd demand I be banned, and inform the victim they need to call the police. Heck, I would place bets you'd call me a sick pedophile.

Any person who would take a photo of someone's 3 year old child and threaten to do things with it can be perceived as a dangerous threat, especially when they had a lot of personal information. Anyone who would mock a person to silence them has something wrong with their brain. I know that character assassination and mockery are the norm here, but most people in the real world find most of the behaviors here distasteful, childish, and of questionable moral and intellectual integrity.

Quote:

That's also humorous.

1. I have tried to have "adult" conversation, and usually starting with Scratch, it is quickly dragged into another insult/mock fest. Often playground tactics are used to deal with people who don't agree with whatever popular mindsets are supported here.

2. The entire board can be considered constant "drama queenery" about the LDS Church. The loathing hatred, the nasty comments, the childish mockery are all dramatics often masked by the illusion that the big mean LDS Church has deceived and insulted you.

The sad part is people like are often like a smoker walking into a room and telling someone they have some nasty BO. They often can't smell their own cigarette stench.
