Notice how Dr. Peterson uses the ONLY thing Mormons Worship in his threats to being Fire/Resigning - MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!!

Wow. I've been reading the Confessions of John D. Lee. The Mormon mindset hasn't changed all that much. It's all about money. Those missions men went on in the early days of the church -- not just about making conversions and giving Joseph Smith a chance to marry their wives. Missions were for bringing back cash and goods. And electioneering. I guess there's not as many murders these days, though, so that's a good thing.

And don't forget the most important part! Money he feels is due him. Why in the hell should he get his usual fee for substandard work that was rejected?

What "director" is he talking about?

I assume Director of Outreach in the institute.

As a husband, father, Bishop(no small task), and a full time professor at BYU, where does he get the time to post, blog, and engage in apologetic work at such a level that he is financially compensated?

My only guess is that he has been given quite a light load to carry at the Y. Perhaps those days have passed...?

You forgot conferences, trips, and speaking at firesides.
